INTRODUCTION
Our team has poured considerable effort into unveiling the latest iteration of Virtual Office. Demo link: https://udl-3d-web-multiplayer.onrender.com/
In this release, we are thrilled to introduce the highly anticipated Rooms feature. With this addition, users gain the ability to create or join rooms using unique room IDs, empowering them to conduct private meetings or engage in multiple discussions simultaneously.
Furthermore, we've implemented character customization to enhance user distinction. Your robot avatar now boasts a variety of shapes and colors, adding a personalized touch to your virtual presence.
In addition to these exciting new features, we've diligently addressed several issues and made enhancements aimed at refining the overall user experience. These include:
Full support for the Japanese language.
Fixing character overlap issues.
Addition of a prominent warning box for mobile device users.
Seamless toggle functionality between Third and First-person views.
With these improvements, we're confident that Virtual Office delivers an even more immersive and streamlined collaborative environment for our users.
FEATURES
We're excited to introduce our latest addition: the Room Feature. Upon entering the page, users will encounter a form prompting them to input their username and a room ID. This feature allows users to create a custom room ID if they wish. The system will either create a new room or join an existing one based on the provided ID. If the room ID field is left empty, the system will automatically generate a random one. Once in a room, users can find the room ID in the URL, enabling them to easily share the link and invite others to join.

Additionally, on the entrance screen, users will now find a new Robot Character Customization feature. This feature includes two types of robots and two customizable color pickers. Users can personalize their robot by selecting colors for different parts, allowing them to stand out and differentiate themselves from others.

Moreover, users now have the option to toggle between third and first-person views for a clearer perspective and better scene exploration. They can also opt for Japanese names. Furthermore, we've addressed collision issues between robots, ensuring they no longer pass through each other. Various other minor fixes and adjustments have also been made for improved user experience.

CONCLUSION
In wrapping up, these new additions truly elevate the user experience on our platform. The Room Feature makes it effortless for users to create or join rooms, offering flexibility right from the start. And who doesn't love the Robot Character Customization feature? It's a blast to personalize your own robot and make it stand out in the crowd. Plus, being able to switch between different viewing angles and using Japanese names adds a nice touch of diversity. We've also smoothed out those pesky collision issues between robots, ensuring a seamless experience for everyone involved. These updates reflect our commitment to making our platform the best it can be, and we're excited to keep pushing the boundaries of innovation.
